Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order after it is placed, please contact support@drgreenlifeorganics.com ASAP.

Most orders ship out within 1 business day, so prompt contact is needed.

If you contact us before your order has shipped, we will refund you in full and cancel your order.


Returns & Exchanges

Dr. Green Life accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • We accept unopened products, within 30 days of purchase.
  • We do NOT accept returns of opened supplements or skincare.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders and customer pays the shipping return.

In the case where it has been more than 30 days since the product was received by us (counted from time it arrived to your location, not from pick-up time or time the package was opened), products cannot be returned.


Damage/Defects

We offer Route's Green Package Protection on all orders.

Route Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit while also protecting the planet. We highly recommend you include Route Package Protection with your order as we cannot guarantee refund or replacement if the package gets lost, stolen or damaged.
