What are my subscription discounts?
Subscription orders include a 10% discount for the first 2 cycles then 20% discount ongoing. Free gift choice is available once you reach your 3rd cycle and surprise gifts and discounts will continue.
How do I cancel a subscription?
To cancel a subscription, log in to your subscription portal by clicking the person icon in the website header. Click
"Subscription" and in your subscription menu find "Cancel". There are never any fees or penalties to do cancel.
Will I be notified before my next order?
Yes, you will be notified via text and email 3 days before your order processes.
How do I manage my next order?
You can add, swap, or skip a whole order or specific products. To do so, log in to your subscription portal, click on "Subscriptions" and find your subscription. Use the subscription menu to skip, edit products, change delivery date and much more.
Can I pause my subscription?
No, you are not able to pause your subscription but you can skip it or change the next delivery date.
Can I add, remove or swap products?
Yes, you can always edit an upcoming subscription as long as it’s before 8pm PST the day before it processes. You will receive an email and text 3 days prior to your subscription renewing.
How do I skip my next order?
You can easily skip the next subscription order from your account page. Once you login, select the "Skip" button and choose your selection from the pop-up menu.
Can I add a discount to subscriptions?
VIP Loyalty Reward coupon codes can be applied to a NEW subscription purchase, but all other discount codes will not apply unless we are having a special sale. Subscriptions already include a 10% discount, which is why additional discount codes cannot be applied.
