Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of date of delivery.

Final sale items are non-refundable. 

Natak K is a non-refundable item. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns of Natal K. It is important to us that the product goes directly from us to the customer to assure stability.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns from subscription orders.

Customer pays for return shipping. You may purchase a pre-paid label or ship with your own carrier.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date the product was delivered to your location. This timeframe is based on delivery date, not pick-up date or the date the package was opened.

Refunds and gift cards will be given once items have been received.

Damaged or Defective

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email your order number along with photos of the issue to support@drgreenlifeorganics.com.

For items broken or spilled during shipping, these photos are required to process a replacement. After reviewing your claim, we will ship a replacement within 3 business days. If there is a delay (e.g., the item is out of stock), we will contact you to arrange alternatives or issue a refund.
