About Cilantro Leaf

Cilantro (also called coriander leaf) has been used traditionally to support digestion and overall wellness. In herbal traditions, cilantro is often discussed for its role in supporting the body’s natural detoxification processes.

Dr. Green Life Cilantro Smoothie for Everyday Detox Support 


A refreshing, nutrient-dense smoothie that’s gentle enough for kids and adults alike.


⏲️ Prep Time: 5 Minutes

🍴 Serves: 1-2
 

 Ingredients

  • 1 small handful fresh cilantro (stems included)
  • ½ cucumber, chopped
  • ½ green apple or pear
  • Juice of ½ lime or lemon
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple or mango
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • 1–1½ cups filtered water or coconut water
  • Optional: Add a serving of Metal Mend™ or VaxClear® right before serving!
 

 Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust liquid for desired consistency. 
  2. Add Metal Mend™ or VaxClear® if desired.
  3. Serve immediately.

Dr. Green Life Creamy Cilantro-Lime Dip


A thick, creamy dip that makes cilantro easy to enjoy with raw veggies, tacos, or grilled proteins.

⏲️ Prep Time: 5 Minutes



 Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cilantro (stems included)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (for children over 1 year)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup full-fat sour cream or Greek yogurt
 

 Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. If the dip is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of water or olive oil to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
